The Torque Foam Gun is easy to set up in just a few minutes, and it’s fun to use. It’s a great option if you don’t own a pressure washer but still want to put a layer of foam onto your car to help breakdown contamination and loosen and lift dirt before putting your Wash Mitt to the surface. The Torque Foam Gun works by mixing the soap, water, and air in the canister by using the pressure from the water stream from the hose nozzle - pulling the solution from the canister and then spraying a sudsy foam out of the barrel and onto your car. The foam works as a pre-soak to help loosen dirt, bug splatter, bird droppings, and more. The Foam Gun also allows the surface to be lubricated during the wash process to avoid water spots and reduce the chance of scratching. SETUP Setting up the Torque Foam Gun is a quick and easy process in a few steps. The Spray Nozzle with squeeze trigger handle connects the barrel to the garden hose. On the underside of the barrel, you insert a metering tip and then install the clear suction tube. The metering tips are press-in and not threaded. The metering tips are used to change the flow rate depending on the water pressure at your home. We’ll explain each of the 3 metering tips below. Then the barrel threads onto the soap canister after you fill the canister with the appropriate mixture of soap and water. It’s best to fill the canister up mostly with water first, then shake up the Foam Bomb soap, pour in 1-2 ounces, and gently shake the canister to mix it evenly with the water. You want to put water in first, so that the soap doesn’t foam up too much in the canister - the water pressure and Foam Gun barrel will create the foam. Colored Metering Tips 3 colored metering tips (Blue, Yellow and Green) are included in each package. They regulate the flow from the canister based on the water pressure at your home. Generally it is best to start with the Yellow Tip. If the canister empties too quickly, then step down to the next smaller size, the Green Tip. If the foam amount is low, or the canister takes a long time to empty, then you should switch to the larger Blue Tip. You can also run the Foam Gun without any metering tip installed - this will create very high levels of foam but will suck through the canister much more quickly.
INSTRUCTIONS
Insert 1 of the 3 colored metering tips into the underside of the Foam Gun Barrel based on the water pressure at your home.
Connect the suction tube onto the underside of the Foam Gun Barrel, making sure that it is fully seated over the metering tip.
Fill the Foam Gun canister approx. 3/4 full with water.
Shake the bottle of Torque Foam Bomb, then pour 1-2 ounces of it into the canister.
Thread the barrel onto the canister, then gently shake the Foam Gun canister to mix the water and Foam Bomb soap evenly.
Connect the spray nozzle to the garden hose, then turn on your water source.
Rinse the vehicle with water first to remove loose dirt and heavy debris.
Connect the Foam Gun barrel to the sprayer - pull and hold the quick-connect backward and insert the barrel until it clicks into place.
Ensure the barrel is fully locked in and secure. If not, the barrel will separate from the sprayer during use which could result in damage to the barrel or canister.
Squeeze the spray nozzle trigger handle to “bomb” the vehicle with suds.
Allow the suds to dwell for a few minutes. The foam helps protect against scratching during the washing process, but it is still recommended to use a bucket wash method as well.
(Optional) Rinse the vehicle, suds it down again, and then begin your Two Bucket Wash!
Wash the foamy surface with a microfiber mitt. Pro Tip: We recommend the 2 bucket wash method and grit guards to keep your mitt clean.
Rinse with clean water.
Quickly dry the car with a microfiber towel. Pro Tip: Use our Trophy Finish to help as a drying aid, and for further prevention of water spots.
IMPORTANT Make sure to rinse out the Torque Foam Gun after every use. Rinse out the canister, fill it with water only, then connect it back up to the barrel and spray water through it for 30-60 seconds to rinse any soap residue from inside of the barrel. Dried up soap in the barrel can cause the Foam Gun to clog or perform poorly.

I used the new Foam Gun once and I mixed 1/2 Ceramic soap with 1/2 Foam Bomb soap and good a good amount of suds but maybe not the best it can do. Next week will be warmer weather when I can test it with only the Foam Bomb soap.
